Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–13 business days after dispatch. During peak holiday season, carrier delays can add a few days. For delivery before Christmas, please order by December 5.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–4 days to show its first update.

Customs and import fees

All prices include import costs. You will not be asked to pay any customs or import fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at support@pocketcrag.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can update it before dispatch.
